License scope
Individual and Team licenses are named-user licenses with unlimited installations for each licensed user. Site licenses permit the licensee’s personnel to use the products within a 50-mile straight-line radius of the licensed site address.
Version rights
Licenses are perpetual and include future versions released by Foundry Technologies LLC under the Sykel Modbus Master and Sykel Modbus Simulator product names during the lifetime of those products.
Digital delivery
Licenses are delivered digitally for offline activation. Before immediate delivery, customers must expressly acknowledge the effect this may have on statutory cancellation rights.
